- Communicate effectively with all areas of the business in a clear and concise manner
- Hands-on and solve problems on the spot
- Resilient and comfortable with occasional re-prioritization

- Experience with maintaining Lenel S2 Netbox

- Experience servicing multiple sites remotely
- Basic understanding of IT Network Infrastructure protocols
- At least 2 years managing systems for multiple locations, i.e. card access, video system, incident/risk management systems

The Physical Security Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the organization's physical security program.
