  • High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through

  • Effective communication skills across employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
  • Well-versed in OSHA regulations and compliance; OSHA certification a plus
  • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
  • Comfortable working in cold environments (some areas as low as 0°F)

Job description

Associate Director, Reliability (MRE) As the Associate Director, Reliability (MRE), you will oversee the team of reliability engineers, the reliability planner/scheduler, CMMS systems, Quality Engineering, and industrial SMEs in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and other critical utilities. You'll also take direct ownership of all life-cycle maintenance projects across US sites - including utility expansion/modification, new equipment installation (in coordination with engineering), and refrigeration system projects. You'll lead hands-on, engaging, motivating, and coaching your team members directly. Partnering with M&RE senior leadership, you'll define, develop, and deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency at your fulfillment center.
