Job description

Inventory Control Analyst This is a fully onsite position at the Goodyear, AZ Factor facility The Inventory Control Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business. Responsibilities • Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances • Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation • Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation processes • Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events • Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes • Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs and proper handling procedures • Track and contribute data to ICQA KPI reporting (accuracy %, adjustment rate, shrinkage %) Required Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field • Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems; ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills • Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred You’ll get… • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation • Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service) • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_) • Access to Employee Resource Groups that are open to all employees, including those pertaining to BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+ • Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities.
