- Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. ● Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety

- Performance Management: for assigned production lines.

- Communication Proficiency: speak to employees with tact and diplomacy. ● Time Management: tracking/monitoring production and maintaining productivity. ● Technical Capacity: computer literacy to input information into the computer.
- Associate degree or related leadership work experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance should be combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as an FSQA leader, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.

Job description
Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Food Safety Quality Supervisor. The FSQA Supervisor for Manufacturing is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). Additionally, the position supports development, implementation, and managing food safety and quality control systems designed to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
