The role: What's in the Box We are looking for a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. Every week, the team purchases all the ingredients for our HelloFresh boxes and manages supplier performance and quality. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will independently manage our ordering process: delivery scheduling, shortage management, supplier performance improvement, and more. Reducing food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), and error rates are your key daily performance indicators! What you’ll do: The Recipe • Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio (Conventional Cluster), ensuring all ingredients are delivered on time and in the right quality. • Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and production for all operational matters. • Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers. • Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.
