ABOUT HIPP Hipp is an AI-native healthcare platform built to modernize operations for non-hospital healthcare providers. We partner closely with ABA, behavioral health, and therapy organizations to streamline clinical workflows, billing, and revenue cycle operations - so providers can focus on delivering care. We’re building the next generation of healthcare infrastructure and are looking for curious, motivated early-career engineers who want to build real systems and learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment. Role Overview As a Software Engineer Intern / New Grad, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and ship features across the Hipp platform. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience building production systems while learning modern engineering practices. You will contribute to real product development, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to the challenges of building scalable healthcare infrastructure.
