Job description
Task Order Project Manager (DISA) Location: Remote, USA Job Type: Future Opportunity: Proposal Who We Are Horizon Industries Limited (Horizon) is a dynamic IT and Management Consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. Key Responsibilities This role supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), which combines Agile expertise with project management leadership to enable delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology while managing large, complex task orders. The position establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way, drives strategic change across the organization for adoption of Agile techniques, and embeds an Agile culture using techniques from a wide range of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this role is responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s), working directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. The position ensures that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner while enabling stakeholders to find accurate and current project or program status without disruption to delivery.
