Job description
Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Remote Physicians to support our fast-growing virtual care team. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and providing high-quality, accessible care to diverse populations across the country, we’d love to hear from you. Minimum Requirements: • Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency • Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics (Med Surg) • 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting • Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required • Multi-state licensure preferred • Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric) • Must maintain Medicare active status #LI-Remote #Remote #VirtualCare #Telehealth #Physician #HealthcareJobs About Included Health Included Health is a new kind of healthcare company, delivering integrated virtual care and navigation.
