Job description
About the Role We're looking for a highly analytical and proactive Workday Business Analyst to join our Master HR Data Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising and enhancing our use of the Workday platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you'll analyse business requirements, develop reporting and dashboards, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the ongoing evolution of our Workday environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and has a passion for using data to drive better business decisions.
