Insomnia Cookies is revolutionizing the cookie game by truly "Imagining What’s Possible"!  POSITION OVERVIEW:  Supply Chain is a critical enabler of Insomnia Cookies’ next stage of growth, and this leader will shape what comes next.  The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead and evolve our end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering closely with the executive leadership team, this leader will drive cost efficiency, supply assurance, operational scalability, and measurable supply chain performance across our rapidly growing global footprint.  This leader will shape and execute progressive sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend categories-including packaging, co-manufactured products, logistics, and services-while building strategic supplier and partner relationships and creating a more agile, accountable, and data-driven supply chain organization.    Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Leadership & Execution  Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
