Rig / Productivity Team - Intern Function: Operations – Rig Data Processing & Productivity Work Mode: On-site Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Role Overview The Rig / Productivity Team is responsible for ensuring that recorded field data is uploaded, reconciled, validated, and made ready for reuse. The role combines two critical functions: processing SD card data and reviewing recorded videos to determine whether the data is valid. The team ensures that every uploaded batch is accounted for, SD cards are returned to inventory within the expected turnaround time, and valid-data assessments are completed accurately. No shortcuts in data handling, no unexplained pending work, and no compromise on data quality. What You'll Own - Rig: Complete the upload-to-return cycle for SD cards, ensuring data is uploaded successfully before cards are formatted and returned to inventory. - Productivity: Review recorded videos and accurately determine valid vs. invalid data. - Maintain complete visibility of pending work, turnaround time, and any data-related issues. - Ensure that every batch is processed in the correct sequence and that no data is skipped or misrepresented. Key Responsibilities 1. Preferred Experience in data processing, video review, quality checking, or operations. Familiarity with SD cards, file transfers, cloud uploads, or basic hardware handling. Experience working with trackers, batch processing, or data validation. Timely identification and escalation of corrupt cards, upload failures, and mislabeled data. Complete and accurate tracking of the upload → return cycle. 3 Non-Negotiables No SD card is formatted until its upload is confirmed successful. All formatted SD cards must be returned to inventory on the same day - cards must not be held unnecessarily. Valid-data assessment must be done honestly - no inflating numbers or skipping checks to clear backlog. Reporting & Work Environment On-site at the inventory hub, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Works closely with the Inventory and QC teams to ensure smooth movement of SD cards and accurate data processing. Requires disciplined handling of repetitive, high-volume work with consistent attention to detail.
