  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating longer, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with the ability to work in the office five days per week.

About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll help drive our next stage of growth by partnering with mid-market and enterprise organizations to transform how they hire. You'll own complex sales cycles from discovery through close, working with senior Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to solve high-impact hiring challenges. Our go-to-market motion is highly product-led, generating thousands of inbound leads and more than 200 demo requests every month through our free trial and demo experience. You'll focus on larger, strategic opportunities, closing $50K to $150K+ ACV deals while expanding relationships across our growing customer base of 5,000+ organizations. You'll also work closely with our founders, product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence our go-to-market strategy and help shape the future of the business.
