About the Role We're hiring an IT Security & Operations Manager to build and scale the foundation of IT, access management, and compliance at Juicebox. Today, IT is highly collaborative but decentralized - provisioning, troubleshooting, and system ownership are spread across multiple teams. As our first dedicated IT hire, you'll establish the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow us to scale securely and efficiently. This is a highly hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building from scratch. You'll own identity and access management, device management, provisioning workflows, and IT operations while partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and business teams. You'll play a critical role in helping Juicebox mature its security and compliance posture by implementing foundational systems such as Okta, improving access controls across the company, and introducing modern AI-powered IT tooling.
