Role Overview The Director of Product Marketing exists to drive JumpCloud's market presence, packaging, and competitive positioning while building and leading the team that scales that work. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategic alignment of our pricing and packaging models, direct the team that equips our global sales organization to win, and set the standard for how JumpCloud translates complex platform capabilities into compelling market narratives. You will lead a group of product marketers, developing their craft and their careers while directing cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and go-to-market teams. Ultimately, you will solve critical business problems by elevating our thought leadership, scaling our market reach, and growing a high-performing product marketing function.
