PositionJung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – full-time what you bring • You have many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally within client services, account management or project management in an agency environment. • You are client-focused, identify opportunities and develop accounts strategically and commercially. • You lead interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy and clarity. • You are a strong senior advisor and a trusted sparring partner for C-level clients. • You maintain oversight in complex situations, set priorities and make well-informed decisions. • You combine strategic thinking with strong project management and execution skills. • You work in a structured, proactive and responsible manner, even under pressure. • You handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. • You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing. • You thrive in dynamic agency environments and have a strong affinity for advertising, moving image and sports. Your responsibilities • You take full responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of key client accounts. • You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level. • You develop integrated communication and brand solutions across all relevant advertising materials, with a focus on moving image. • You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases. • You identify opportunities within existing accounts and actively drive their development. • You ensure the highest level of consulting, project and execution quality and long-term client satisfaction. • You lead pitches, presentations and client decision-making processes. • You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond. • You act as a thought partner and contribute to the strategic, professional and cultural development of the agency.
