Job description

QA ANALYST ABOUT K-ID k-ID is building the age aware internet, where kids and teens can access technology in ways that are safer, more private, and appropriate for their age, while platforms and games can meet complex age related requirements across global markets. Our platform helps developers understand user age, configure age appropriate experiences, manage parental consent, and stay aligned with fast changing global laws and regulations. We are building compliance infrastructure for the internet: developer first, privacy preserving, and designed to make complex regulatory obligations easier to operationalize at scale.   ROLE OVERVIEW The Market Insights Operations Contractor is responsible for running k-ID’s compliance-benchmarking engine. This function analyzes how real-world games and apps handle children’s data privacy and online safety, powering our compliance benchmarks and market intelligence for customers. This is a hands-on role focused on accurate, explainable, and timely results throughout each testing cycle. You will operate neimo’s game-testing and Market Insights pipeline - utilizing both AI agentic and manual testing - to ensure that results are reliable, explainable, and always delivered on schedule. Success in this role means making operations smoother, catching data issues early, and ensuring status visibility and resolution of blockers without escalation or chase.   RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, manage, and execute testing cycles: Define games, jurisdictions, questions, and schedules; ensure rationale is documented and visible. - Operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms: Configure runs, refine agent instructions, review and classify outputs, and follow through with vendors. - Conduct detailed Data QA: Review AI outputs, check and reconcile data, diagnose trends, cross-reference with client implementations, and resolve anomalies before escalation. - Perform manual testing for scenarios not yet covered by agentic automation: Scope, run, and document manual tests according to repeatable SOPs. - Maintain clear, explainable methodology, SOPs, and result documentation for stakeholders. - Provide daily status and progress visibility during active cycles; ensure no backlog of QA or unresolved issues. - Drive blockers to resolution, clearly logging reasons and responsible owners.   WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Testing plans are finalized before each cycle, with clear scope, rationale, and schedules. - Real-time cycle status is maintained and visible daily during testing. - No QA backlog: Completed runs are reviewed within two business days. - Data issues are detected and resolved upstream, with explanations for all trends and anomalies. - Every blocked or inconclusive outcome is clearly documented and tracked to resolution. - Able to articulate what changed, why, and confidence level in results to stakeholders without engineering escalation. Interested candidates who thrive in structured, detail-heavy, and execution-focused roles are encouraged to apply and help us deliver trustworthy compliance intelligence at scale.
