It builds the products and capabilities that become the next generation of the platform, working closely with the customers who will be the first to use them. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Labs, you own the build. You take validated ideas and turn them into products a customer runs in production, then you make them hold up as that customer scales. The work reaches real users quickly, and you will be close to the people using it. Labs builds with agents. Day to day that means writing detailed specifications, working with agents to build against them, reviewing the code that comes back, and continually iterating on and improving your own rig so that the next build is better than the last. Shaping how the team works this way is part of the role, not a side effect of it. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who executes independently, makes sound technical decisions, and thrives where systems and processes are still taking shape. You will make architecture calls, own the quality bar, and operate what you ship.
