Job description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Contractor Location: New York - Hybrid Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Contract Terms: Temporary / Contract (6 months) Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support the recruiting team by assisting Senior Recruiters with the full-cycle recruitment process while gradually managing requisitions independently. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of recruiting experience, coming from a corporate professional services environment. The Recruiter will be successful in this role if they are highly organized, have strong communication skills, experienced in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth recruitment process, maintaining strong candidate engagement, and providing operational support to the broader talent acquisition team. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
