Design Associate Keystone is hiring a Design Associate to define, elevate, and operationalize the visual language of our brand across every medium. This role is critical to ensuring that every presentation, proposal, and communication-internal or external-reflects Keystone’s excellence and sophistication as we move into our next chapter of growth. About the Design Associate Role The Design Associate will bridge the strategic and the tactical in shaping and deploying Keystone’s visual identity. Responsibilities include refreshing the visual systems that underpin our brand-colors, templates, design standards, and workflows-with the goal of making every brand touchpoint world-class and easily scaled across the organization. You’ll combine creative direction with production art and act as both a strategist and executor. This is a hands-on role. You’ll serve as brand designer, enabler, tactician, and role model for the organization. You’ll collaborate across teams - from marketing and consulting - and you'll work closely with executive leadership on high profile presentations. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
