This role is centered on hands-on Klaviyo execution: segmentation, automated flows, campaign planning, deliverability, testing, and clear reporting tied to repeat purchase rate, LTV, and contribution margin. Responsibilities • Own the email and SMS calendar in Klaviyo from brief through QA, launch, and post-send analysis. • Build and improve Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Cross-Sell, Win-Back, and replenishment flows. • Create meaningful customer segments using purchase behavior, engagement, product affinity, predicted value, and lifecycle stage. • Maintain a disciplined A/B testing roadmap across subject lines, offers, content, timing, frequency, and flow logic. • Monitor deliverability, list growth, consent, suppression, and sender reputation; resolve issues before they affect revenue. • Partner with creative and merchandising teams to turn imperfect inputs into on-brand campaigns quickly. • Produce weekly reporting on revenue, conversion, repeat purchase, LTV, unsubscribe rate, spam rate, and flow health. Requirements • 3+ years of lifecycle, retention, or CRM experience for a DTC or e-commerce brand. • Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience, including custom properties, event triggers, flow logic, segmentation, and reporting. • Strong Shopify fluency and familiarity with the surrounding e-commerce stack. • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and explaining performance without hiding behind platform attribution. • Strong copy judgment, careful QA habits, and the ability to ship independently at a fast cadence. Helpful but not required • Experience with Gorgias, Recharge, Attentive, Postscript, or loyalty and referral tools. • Experience improving deliverability or migrating a large account into Klaviyo. • Examples of flows, campaigns, or retention programs that materially improved LTV or repeat purchase rate.
