Job description
We are looking for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant in New York City to help a couple based in the West Village with day-to-day logistics, errands, scheduling, and personal coordination. The couple works from home most days, and this role is needed a few days per week rather than full time. There are no children in the household; this is a practical support role for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, discreet, and comfortable handling a mix of in-person errands and light administrative coordination. You should be comfortable working around a private household, coordinating with both people clearly, and keeping small tasks from becoming distractions. The right person has good judgment, protects privacy, follows through without needing constant reminders, and can keep a running list of open items moving.
