- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
- Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends-prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.

As Lambda continues its rapid growth, we are expanding our corporate development function to drive strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in data centers and real infrastructure. We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities on the real asset / digital infrastructure side of our business. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision.
