  • Architect, design, and develop complex distributed systems and computer applications for processing massive amounts of data and usage events
  • Design and build report interfaces and data feeds for downstream financial systems to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:
  • Industry-standard coding languages, including Python and GoLang
  • Databases, Storage & Analysis, including SQL, Hive, Presto, DynamoDB, and S3
  • Software development tools and revision control systems, including VIM, GIT, and shell scripting
  • Building highly-scalable performant solutions
  • Applying algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems as evidenced by recognizing and matching patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems
  • Designing scalable distributed systems with established partition tolerance, consistency, and availability guarantees.
