Meet the team: The Embedded Software team is responsible for developing the hardware drivers, hardware safety monitoring, and vehicle interfaces for the autonomy system. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer in the Sensor firmware team, you will be responsible for developing the embedded software for the sensing systems - Lidar, Radar and networking functions for these sensors. We’re looking for someone who has a passion and expertise in developing safe, efficient software for sensing systems. The expected base salary range for this full-time position in California is $218,240 - $327,360 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
