Job description
ABOUT LIGHTFIELD Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that assembles itself from your email, calendar, and meetings. It captures every interaction and turns it into organized context: accounts, tasks, follow-ups, and insights, so nothing slips through the cracks. We’re rethinking CRM from first principles. Instead of forcing teams to maintain rigid systems, Lightfield learns from how companies actually work, adapting, automating, and surfacing the insight that drives growth. We’re building the CRM platform we always wished existed: fast, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. The market agrees. Over 5,000 companies have used Lightfield since we launched in November, making us the fastest-adopted product in our category. We are backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue, and our founders previously built Tome, a generative AI presentation product used by over 25 million people. Before Lightfield, our team worked on Llama, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a founding member of our Growth & Delivery team. The team activates customers on the Lightfield platform, delivers their pipeline generation motion, supports strategic deals alongside our leadership team, and drives special projects across GTM and business operations. You'll work directly with founders and their teams to build their customer memory on Lightfield, put agents to work generating pipeline, and help their business grow. The agents do the work-you bring the judgment and taste that guide them, and the advisory relationship with the customer. You're both an operator and a builder: running many customer engagements at once, and turning what works into playbooks the whole team can run. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Activate new customers on Lightfield: set up their workspace, migrate their data, build their customer memory, and enable their team, so Lightfield becomes the system their company runs on - Deliver pipeline generation for a portfolio of customers: understand each business, define the ICP and targeting strategy, and direct Lightfield's agents from first outreach to booked meetings - Advise founders and GTM leaders on their go-to-market: what to target, what to say, and what to try next - Own the outcomes: time-to-activation, meetings booked, and the quality of the pipeline behind them - Support strategic deals alongside our leadership team, from scoping POCs to helping convert evaluations into customers - Take on special projects across GTM and business operations, from business analysis to competitive research to new initiatives - Turn what works into playbooks, and feed what you learn back to product so the agents get better WHO YOU ARE - 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, or go-to-market and operating roles - A strong generalist, comfortable across delivery, growth, and customer-facing work. You don't wait to be handed a lane and instead figure out what needs to happen and do it - A trusted advisor to founders and GTM leaders - curious and analytical, able to read a business and its customers quickly, move from qualitative signals to a clear hypothesis, and back your view with data. - A systems thinker who brings structure to open-ended problems and builds playbooks and repeatable processes, not just completed tasks - High agency and thrives in ambiguity, able to independently drive projects and deliver results in a fast-moving environment - You're excited about AI agents and the opportunity to deliver customer outcomes with them - Eager to learn GTM and outbound. Prior experience is a plus, not a prerequisite BENEFITS & PERKS - Competitive salary - Meaningful early equity - Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - 3 weeks of PTO - 11 paid company holidays + we enjoy a winter holiday break - 3 months of paid family leave - Wednesdays work from home - Regular team dinners, events, offsites, and retreats - 401k plan - Other perks include: commuter and lunch stipend
