Job description

TL;DR: Lovable's growth marketing runs on creative. The volume, variety, and quality of concepts we put in front of people, and how fast what we learn from them turns into the next round. Your job is to own that loop end to end, constantly iterating on it to achieve the best results against your KPIs. Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software. What we’re looking for • You've run high-volume creative testing on performance marketing and can talk specifically about what you learned, not just what you shipped. • You use AI tools daily and have built something with them that other people now depend on. A workflow, an agent, an internal tool, a tagging pipeline. • You have opinions about what makes an ad work and can articulate them well. • You write well for ads. Briefs, hooks, scripts etc. • You're comfortable being wrong in public. A lot of tests lose, and the loop only works if we’re all comfortable with that. • You move fast, but balance that with exceptional craft and know where the balance is. What you’ll do You'll be the person who decides what we test, why, and what the results mean. Then you'll build the workflows that turn those answers into hundreds of assets a month without losing the taste that made them work in the first place. • Own the creative operating system. You run creative ops for performance marketing: intake, briefing, production, QA, launch, and post-mortem. You'll define how the process works and then automate the parts that don't need a human in the loop. • Be the creative performance decision maker. When we can produce hundreds of creatives, you’ll be the person to judge what we make more of, what gets killed and what to slightly edit. That means holding the creative standard high, and making sure that creatives generated look Lovable. • Build agentic workflows and keep improving them. You'll design pipelines that generate, adapt, and localise creative at volume, with evals to check quality before anything ships. When a workflow breaks, you diagnose it and help rebuild it. • Turn performance data, audience insights and product knowledge into concepts. You'll dig into what's actually driving results, hook, format, message, subject, pacing, offer, and separate the signal from the noise a low-spend winner creates. • Run brainstorms and briefing. You own the rhythm that takes learnings, customer language, competitor moves, product releases, and additional context, and works with the wider team to turn them into briefs. • Push learnings across the company. What wins on paid usually tells us something about the website, lifecycle emails, App Store listings, and organic content. You'll be the one making sure that reaches the relevant people so we become more informed collectively. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
