Job description
TL;DR We're looking for an IT Engineer who treats every manual ticket as a bug. You'll automate the company's IT operations end-to-end with AI agents, so 250+ Lovables can move at terminal velocity. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth tech company. - Fluent with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle, and zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji, Tailscale/Cloudflare, Google Workspace). - You write real code - Python, TypeScript, or Go - and ship automations as production systems, not scripts. - Hands-on experience securing AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, MCP, internal copilots) and a clear point of view on where humans should stay in the loop. - Bias toward eliminating work over optimising it. You measure success in tickets that never need to be opened. - Bonus: experience building internal developer/employee portals, or running IT for a fast-scaling org through 10x growth.
