ABOUT MANDOLIN Nearly every disease will become treatable in our lifetimes. WHY WE NEED YOU Mandolin is building the “last-mile” delivery infrastructure that gets cutting-edge biologics, cell, and gene therapies to patients faster. As one of our product engineers, you’ll be directly responsible for shaping the user-facing experiences that our customers rely on daily. This is a hands-on, full-stack role where you’ll bring new product features to life end-to-end-from backend architecture to polished front-end experiences-while establishing the technical patterns that will scale with our growth. Compensation Philosophy Compensation for this position will include a base salary, equity, and a variety of comprehensive benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $270,000.
