- Partner closely with Marketing to seek opportunities to celebrate, promote, and reward the Brand Reps for being a valuable part of our ecosystem.

Job description

The Brand Partner Enablement Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all things Material Bank, helping Brand Partner leaders and Brand Partner Reps maximize the value they derive from our platform, products, and services. This role works closely alongside Sales, Marketing and Account Management, strengthening relationships across our ecosystem through education, engagement, and strategic support. As a highly visible, client-facing member of the team, you will spend most of your time either in-market or on-screen engaging with our Brands and Partners. You will help stakeholders understand how to get the most out of the Material Bank platform, expand their industry networks, share data and insights that address meaningful business challenges, and ensure they remain connected to the latest opportunities across our ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of people and genuinely enjoys building relationships. The successful candidate understands how the A&D community operates, has spent significant time in industry-facing sales, marketing, or business development roles, and is passionate about helping others succeed. To excel in this position, you must be energized by educating and influencing others, possess strong storytelling skills, and enjoy serving as a visible advocate for both Material Bank and the broader design community.
