What You'll Do • Fulfill prescription orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. • Maintain a clean and organized compounding area. • Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications to patients. • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of compounding materials and supplies. • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, standards, state regulations, and pharmacy policies. • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • Current Technician Registration in Good Standing with applicable board of pharmacy • Active State Pharmacy Technician License or certification as required in the state. • Compounding experience required • Ability to operate computer and laboratory equipment • Detail Oriented • Strong organizational skills • Self-motivated • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work as part of a team • Experience in a fast pace working environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards • Detail-oriented and self-motivated • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team to achieve goals around safety, quality, and delivery • Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions • Effective problem-solving skills Physical Requirements • Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift. • Ability to repetitively use hands, wrist, and arms to perform job duties. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of force in order to lift, carry, pull and/or move objects as required.
