As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we're launching new products to expand our patient base and accelerate growth. Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, the Director of Recruiting will serve as the executive owner of BlueChew and MOD’s clinical talent acquisition engine. You will build, lead, and optimize the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for our clinical workforce-including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants, and medical administrative support teams. This is a critical leadership role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of fast-paced tech startup execution and strict healthcare/medical regulatory compliance. You will work side-by-side with executive leadership and clinical directors to scale our network of licensed providers efficiently without sacrificing quality of care.
