Job description
About the role At Mercury, we believe financial operations should be seamless, scalable, and built on a foundation of trust. The Reconciliation team develops the products, processes, and controls that protect the accuracy and integrity of Mercury’s core financial systems and money movement. In this role, you will lead the evolution of reconciliation at Mercury, including the key financial controls that enable operational excellence, strong governance, and end-to-end auditability. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Accounting to automate complex workflows, strengthen control coverage, and ensure issues are detected, investigated, and resolved quickly. Our goal is to make financial accuracy a given. You’ll help build a reconciliation platform that is reliable, transparent, and scalable-giving Mercury confidence in every transaction and enabling us to grow without compromising financial integrity. *Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following: US employees (any location): $200,700-$250,900 USD Canadian employees (any location): $189,700-$237,100 CAD
