Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
