Job description
The Role: Minted is looking for an operational lead to manage and scale the supply chain network for our core stationery business. In this role, you will oversee supplier relationships, optimize peak-season capacity, and ensure our print and fulfillment partners deliver exceptional quality on tight timelines. You will sit at the intersection of supply chain strategy, vendor operations, and cross-functional execution-working directly with external manufacturing partners and internal product, engineering, and customer ops teams to drive down costs while keeping customer satisfaction high.
