Job description
The Role: Minted is looking for a Seasonal HR Coordinator to support the Recruiting & HR team with onboarding and off-boarding activities for our Seasonal workforce. You will play an essential role in creating a positive experience through the employee lifecycle by working closely with Recruiting, HR, and cross-functional teams. This role will report to the People Operations Generalist and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Seasonal Recruiters. This is a temporary full-time role, starting mid to late August through the end of December.
