The Role We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our Inference API team. In this role, you will lead a new team dedicated to helping evolve our Inference APIs to enable a state of the art inference stack. You will help ship enterprise-level features, align on evolving API formats, and help improve specific modalities (audio, OCR, etc). You’ll work to scale the team as they grow, help prioritize and support work in a fast paced environment, and build a healthy team culture.
