THE ROLE As Product Monetization & Pricing Lead, you will shape and execute pricing strategies for Mistral AI’s product suite. You will work across Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to align our pricing with customer value and ensure our monetization supports both product‑led growth and enterprise deals. This role reports to the Head of Product Operations and is based in Paris with hybrid flexibility. HIRING PROCESS - Introduction call – 30 min - Hiring manager interview – 45 min - Interview with the Revenue Operations team – 30 min - Interview with the Finance team – 30 min - Deep‑dive interview with case study presentation – 60 min - Culture‑fit discussion – 30 min - Reference checks LOCATION & REMOTE The position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer).
