THE ROLE As Talent Acquisition Lead on the People team, you will define and execute Mistral’s hiring strategy while leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team. This role combines hands-on recruiting for critical positions with strategic leadership to ensure our hiring processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Mistral’s mission.
