Job description

MongoDB is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 3 Area Vice Presidents in the India and ASEAN region. This position will be based from one of our India office locations. This role requires a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, along with quarterly travel to support executive planning and offsite management.This role is ideal for a dynamic, intelligent, highly-organized individual who takes ownership over the details and loves to get things done. In this role, your day will consist of managing and prioritizing a steady stream of requests, meetings, and trips, and working closely with the leaders and the other members of their teams. To succeed, you’ll have to balance the needs of multiple parties thoughtfully and diplomatically and be ready to pitch in wherever necessary. You should feel comfortable interacting with high-level executives and know how and when to manage in any direction in the organization, independent of role, title, or level. You can navigate Google Suite products or comparable ones and have proficiency to learn the necessary functions to execute tasks. You have excellent writing skills and verbal skills-and enjoy using them.
