Job description
The Role MongoDB is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to lead the search and selection of senior leadership talent across the organization. This role partners directly with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders to build the leadership teams that will drive MongoDB's next phase of growth. We're looking for someone who brings a blend of executive search agency rigor and in-house recruiting fluency, ideally with experience in the technology industry. This role will be based out of our New York City office with a hybrid working model. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
