Job description
Mythic is looking for a Senior Recruiter with deep, hands-on experience hiring for the semiconductor industry to own full-cycle recruiting for some of our most technical and highest-impact roles. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and executives to build hiring strategy for hard-to-fill positions across chip design, process engineering, and silicon validation - and you'll bring the industry fluency and network needed to find and close candidates other recruiters can't reach.
