Operating under Proglow and Ongle24, we serve hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers. We combine high-performance product development with data-first digital marketing. Aufgaben We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a deep expertise in Paid Social to lead our customer acquisition engine. You are not just a campaign manager-you are a growth architect, highly technical, and obsessed with unit economics, attribution, and data-driven scaling. What You'll Do • Scale Paid Social: Take end-to-end ownership of high-budget performance channels across our European Markets • Data & Technical Setup: Work closely with our tech stack to ensure 100% data integrity and robust attribution modeling. • Performance Optimization: Continually test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV metrics. • Creative Strategy Engine: Partner with our creative team to systematically brief, test, and iterate on high-converting creatives across all relevant platforms and formats • Market Expansion: Launch and scale localized paid media initiatives across key European territories Qualifikation • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Social, ideally in a fast-growing D2C e-commerce environment. • Deep Technical Setup Knowledge: Expert understanding of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CAPI, attribution models, and tracking infrastructure. • Strong Analytical Mindset: You live in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools. You don't guess-you run hypotheses, design experiments, and prove outcomes with numbers. • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, combined with mother language skills in one of the following: German, French, or Italian. • Entrepreneurial Drive: High ownership, bias for action, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
