To learn more about NISC's internships, click HERE. **Current applications submitted will be under consideration for Summer 2027 (May-August)** Essential Functions • Assist and perform in basic level testing tasks to verify software changes meet design specification and are functioning within total quality management standards. • Research, test and report results of testing scenarios. • Write release notes and new system enhancement documentation. • Participate on design teams to better understand enhancements to products. • Test system documentation as necessary and suggest edits/enhancements. • Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred • Be an analytical problem solver • Enjoy a fast-paced environment • Have the drive to move forward in technology • Be self-driven • Have the want to constantly grow your knowledge base • Be open to change • Possess a strong attention to detail. • Have excellent telephone/email etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Member/Customers.
