Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization. This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with operational HR knowledge and understands how technology capabilities align with real-world People processes. Experience within HR Operations, HRBP functions, or People Systems is highly valued. Reporting Line This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of People Systems. The People Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core HR platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with HR stakeholders.
