Your Role Our Impact & Startup Accelerator Program connects consultants who are currently between client engagements to two kinds of work: pro-bono/impact projects for NGOs and social ventures, and subsidized consulting projects for early-stage startups. You'll join us in help building the operational backbone that lets the program scale. As a working student, you will own the operational engine of the program: tracking, documentation, first-pass triage, and dashboard upkeep. Your responsibilities will include: • Building and maintaining a structured overview of incoming client requests and available consultants, and orchestrating an initial matching process • Ownership for tracking key program data (capacity status, commitments, deadlines) and flagging anything that requires action or attention • Supporting communication with stakeholders such as preparing briefing materials, status updates, notetaking and taking part in meetings. • Maintaining a dashboard of program metrics and compiling regular reporting • Documenting and continuously improving how the program runs, as processes are still being defined - an interest in AI-driven automation is a plus Get a sneak peek into our team here: https://vimeo.com/756760283/e3c10dbe83 Are you able to support us at least 6 months?
