Job description
Job Responsibilities • Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing). • Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities. • Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required. • Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations • Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly. • Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness. • Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct • Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective. • Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirement • Take care of own and others' safety • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others. • Any other task instructed by superior Job Requirements • Aged 18–45 years. • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. • Good time management and ability to multitask. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude. • Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
