Job description
As an Admin & Transport Management Intern, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the efficiency of our transport operations and administrative processes. You'll assist in vehicle coordination, and document management, and provide day-to-day operational support to the transport and admin teams. Job Descriptions: • Assist in the daily coordination of delivery fleet assignments and driver schedules. • Support in monitoring vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. • Help ensure that all vehicle-related documents (insurance, road tax, permits) are tracked and renewed in a timely manner. • Assist with processing transport claims, delivery records, and related admin documentation. • Maintain and update driver rosters, attendance, and trip logs. • Liaise with drivers and riders to ensure smooth operational execution and issue resolution. • Support warehouse and hub operations with relevant administrative tasks as needed. • Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports for the Transport/Admin team. • Help implement process improvements for admin and transport functions. • Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Transport/Logistics Management, or a related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry systems. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment. • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
