Job description

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Launched in 2014, we started operations in Singapore and have become the region's largest and fastest growing last-mile logistics company, partnering with over 35,000 merchants and delivering more than 1,000 parcels every minute across six countries.  At our core, we are a technology company that is disrupting a massive industry with cutting-edge software and operational concepts. Powered by algorithm-based optimisation, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking and a data-driven approach, we provide best-of-class delivery services that delight both the shippers and end customers. But we are just getting started! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry. The Human Resources Unit manages the entire life cycle of each employee - from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. The unit focuses on strategizing initiatives and solutions that build a close-knit culture, encourages professional and leadership growth and drive high performance among employees. It also ensures that the company is compliant to work and compensation standards set by relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labor. As part of the Human Resources Unit, the Talent Acquisition Intern will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. The intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and engaging candidates across various functions and levels within the organization. The role will involve assisting with candidate sourcing and screening, job posting and management, interview coordination, candidate communication, recruitment documentation, and recruitment reporting. The intern may also support talent pipeline-building initiatives, university partnerships, employer branding activities, and other recruitment projects. The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while supporting the team in meeting recruitment requirements and timelines. Qualifications:  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately. Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
