Job description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specilaist to assist with payroll operations for approximately 8000 UK employees across multiple locations. This position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. The ideal candidate has experience in a complex, fast paced & high-volume payroll environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Support the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll processing for approximately 8000 employees. • Liaise with various stakeholders in the business relating to payroll activity. • Creation & manipulation of payroll journals for finance leads across the business. • Maintain and troubleshoot payroll systems (Hibob/UK Payroll). • Assisting employees with queries • Support the UK Reward & Benefits Manager with benefit & pension administration • Work with Auditors to provide payroll data as required. • Keep up to date with legal updates, and best practices in payroll operations.
