  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and key channels (card schemes, local wallets, bank transfers, etc.).
  • Proven experience in integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to lead complex integration projects independently.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills for working with international partners.
  • Passionate about fintech innovation, digital assets, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
